I realize that it's been ages since I updated here, but this site is a work in progress. I've taken a hiatus from work and, as such, have managed to write up a considerable amount of content to peruse through - all of it Poecilotheria related. Firstly, I'm procured a mature male Poecilotheria regalis and have started my attempts to breed my large female. The beginning of notes on that can be found below and will be updated as often as necessary (daily, I'm sure, in many cases) for as long as the project goes on.

I also began a new communal group on June 19, this one containing 11 Poecilotheria rufilata. So far things are going very well with that group, as are things with my previous two. Notes on the new group as well as updated notes for one of the older ones can be found below:

That's all for now - enjoy!

Tarantulas have always been at the tip top of the list as far as personal interests go for me - I first began keeping them at age 6 and now, 17 years later, my childlike fascination with these underappreciated animals is as strong as ever. I began writing articles online about tarantulas at the beginning of the year and, with them looking less and less appropriate for posting on my film site, I have opened tiger-spiders.com.
Todays updates are as follows:
